摘要
目的在儿童疫苗接种的过程中加以传染病防治知识宣传,以此观察传染病防治知识宣传对正确接种疫苗的影响。方法选定先后入院接种疫苗的儿童,共计100例,时间:2018年2月—2019年2月,随机排序分组:对照组与研究组,对照组予以常规预防接种,研究组对儿童家长加以传染病防治知识宣传干预。对组间的平均接种率、接种延长时间、副反应发生率、疫苗接种知晓率(常见传染病知晓率、一类与二类疫苗知晓率、接种目的知晓率)进行指标对比。结果与对照组相比,研究组的平均接种率(96.00%)、疫苗接种知晓率(常见传染病知晓率:96.00%、一类与二类疫苗知晓率:98.00%、接种目的知晓率:98.00%)指标均更高,且研究组的接种延长时间[(2.22±1.22)d]、副反应发生率(4.00%)指标均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论传染病防治知识宣传有助于儿童疫苗正确接种,能够提高接种儿童家长的疫苗认知程度,可以降低副反应发生率。
Objective To publicize the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in the process of vaccination for children,so as to observe the impact of propaganda on prevention and treatment of infectious diseases on correct vaccination.Methods A total of 100 children were enrolled in the hospital.Time:February 2018-February 2019;randomized group:control group and study group,control group received routine vaccination,study group for children parents Propaganda intervention on infectious disease prevention and control knowledge.The average vaccination rate,vaccination extension time,incidence of side effects,vaccination awareness rate(common infectious disease awareness rate,first-and second-class vaccine awareness rate,and vaccination purpose awareness rate) were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the average vaccination rate of the study group (96.00%), vaccinationawareness rate (common infectious disease awareness rate: 96.00%, firstclassand second-class vaccine awareness rate: 98.00%, vaccination purposeawareness rate: 98.00%) the index was higher, and the study group'svaccination extension time [(2.22±1.22)d] and side reaction rate (4.00%)were shorter, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Thepromotion of infectious disease prevention knowledge can help children'svaccines to be properly vaccinated, and can improve the awareness ofvaccines for parents of vaccinated children, which can reduce the incidenceof side effects.
