Analysis on monitoring results of public health emergencies in Sichuan from 2016 to 2021

摘要 目的分析2016—2021年四川省突发公共卫生事件的流行特征,为今后突发公共卫生事件的防控提供科学依据。方法从“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”子系统“突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统”收集2016—2021年四川省突发公共卫生事件数据,采用描述性统计方法分析数据。结果2016—2021年期间四川省共报告突发公共卫生事件793起,报告病例13661例,死亡125例;事件类型以传染病为主(72.64%);事件级别以未分级为主(78.94%);29.13%的报告事件发生在学校,其报告发病数占总数74.64%。结论2016—2021年四川省突发公共卫生事件以传染病为主,疫情依然是四川省今后防控工作的重点,需继续加强学校突发公共卫生事件防控工作,同时重视中毒类事件。 Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2021,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of public health emergencies in the future.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on public health emergency data of Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2021 extracted from China Information System for Public Health Emergency Management,a subsystem of China Information System for Disease Prevention and Control.Results A total of 793 public health emergencies were reported in Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2021,involving 13611 cases and 125 deaths.Most of the emergencies were caused by infectious diseases(accounting for 72.64%)and classified as unrated(78.94%).Up to 29.13%of the emergencies occurred in schools,which accounted for 74.64%of the total reported cases.Conclusions Most of the public health emergencies were caused by infectious diseases in Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2021.The prevention and control of infectious diseases remains the essential task in Sichuan Province in the future.The prevention and control of public health emergencies in schools should also be constantly strengthened.In addition,attention should be paid to poisoning events at the same time.
