摘要
在我国经济社会发展进入新时代的大背景下,矿产资源安全和矿业经济发展方面的矛盾不断显现,保障矿产资源安全、促进矿业经济发展仍然是我们面临的重大任务。文章结合我国矿产资源国情和供需形势,从矿产资源保障战略、矿产资源管理、生态文明与矿业发展、地勘行业改革等四个方面阐述了对矿产资源安全与矿业经济发展的一些思考。
Under the background of the economic and social development entering a new era in China,the contradiction between the security of mineral resources and the economic development of mining industry is constantly emerging.To ensure the security of mineral resources and promote the economic development of mining industry are still the major tasks we are facing.According to the conditions of national mineral resources and the situation of supply and demand in China,the paper states some thoughts on the security of mineral resources and the development of mining economy from four aspects:including the security strategy of mineral resources,the management of mineral resources,the ecological civilization and development of mining industry,and the reform of geological exploration industry.
