摘要
在全面建成小康社会的决胜期,党和国家广泛动员各级科技组织和广大科技工作者积极投身脱贫攻坚。2017年"资源产业科技规划基地""资源产业科技扶贫基地"的成立,将有效依托地质调查成果,引导云南省地方科技创新,促进地质调查成果在后续产业的应用,加快实施精准扶贫和精准脱贫。针对未来三年地质调查在云南精准扶贫、精准脱贫中的任务和作用,建议:建强建实云南两个基地,加快推进脱贫攻坚;推广中央地方合作经验,建立新型联动机制;构建脱贫攻坚评价机制,试点评价推广应用。
In the decisive period of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society, the party and the state have extensively mobilized science and technology organizations to actively participate in the struggle against poverty. “Resource industry science and technology planning base” and “Resource industry science and technology poverty alleviation base” have been set up in 2017, what would guide local scientifc and technological innovation, promote the application of geological survey results in the follow-up industry, and accelerate the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation. Aiming at the task and function of the geological survey in targeted poverty alleviation in the next three years, this paper give three suggestions： building two bases to be stronger to accelerate out of poverty; promoting the experiences of central local cooperation and establishing a new linkage mechanism; building an evaluation mechanism for poverty alleviation and promoting the application of pilot evaluation.
