摘要
当前地勘业面临着传统发展模式遭遇严峻困境、勘查资金投入下降、资质取消以及地质工作退出自然保护区等新形势和新问题;地勘业未来应树立"大地质"理念,增强生态环保和绿色勘查意识,向"三深一土"战略高地迈进。地勘单位转型升级发展建议:(1)调结构——巩固和拓展地质勘查服务领域;(2)强功能——增强核心竞争力;(3)讲诚信——树立品牌意识;(4)"走出去"——积极参与境外地质勘查。
At present, the new problems that the geological exploration industry may be faced with the dilemma of traditional development mode, decrease of exploration investment, cancellation of the geological exploration qualification and withdrawn from national nature reserves. In the future, the geological exploration industry should be established the concept of ‘generalized geology＇（environmental geology, ecological geology, agricultural geology, urban geology etc.）, enhanced the consciousness of green（environmentally responsible） exploration and promoted the strategy of ‘Three Deeps and One Land＇（deep exploration, deepsea exploration, deep space-to-earth observation and land science technology innovation）. The suggestions for transformation and upgrading of geological exploration organizations are as follows. The geological exploration industry should be adjusted its structure to consolidate and expand the service area, strengthened the core competitiveness, established brand consciousness and actively participated mineral resources exploitation in overseas.
