摘要
调整矿业产业结构是优化资源配置的必然要求,也是提高矿业经济效益的主要途径。美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等典型矿业大国在产业集中度、技术创新、资产结构和矿产品贸易结构等方面合理化程度较高,值得我国学习借鉴。因此,对比目前我国矿业产业结构存在的问题,需要从适度提高矿业的产业集中度,以科技创新来优化技术结构,提升矿产品附加值,鼓励矿业海外投资等多方面来调整我国矿业产业结构。
Adjusting the industrial structure of mining industry is not only the inevitable requirement of optimizing the allocation of resources,but also the main way to improve the economic benefits of mining industry.The United States,Canada,Australia and other typical mining countries have a relatively high degree of rationalization in terms of industrial concentration,technological innovation,asset structure and mineral product trade structure,which is worth learning from.Therefore,compared with the problems existing in China s mining industrial structure,we need to adjust China s mining industrial structure from many aspects,such as appropriately improving the industrial concentration of mining,optimizing the technical structure with scientific and technological innovation,enhancing the added value of mineral products,and encouraging overseas investment in mining.
