摘要 新中国成立70年来,少数民族和民族地区的职业教育经历了曲折发展、政策恢复、初步建设和快速发展的四个关键阶段,政策上呈现出导向鲜明、倾斜扶持、特色发展三个方面的特征,演进逻辑上呈现出从干部队伍建设到常态机制建立、从政策倾斜支持到对口支援结合、从经济建设到文化交流融合的特征。展望未来,少数民族和民族地区职业教育需要进一步巩固和强化民族团结,缩小教育发展差距;同时,加强民族文化的交融创新,形成民族地区教育特色化发展路径。 Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,vocational education in ethnic minorities and ethnic region has gone through four key stages including tortuous development,policy recovery,initial construction and rapid development.The policy has three characteristics:clear guiding orientation,leaning support and characteristic development.The evolution logic shows the characteristics from the cadre team construction to normal mechanism establishment,from leaning support policy to the counterpart support,and from economic construction to cultural exchange and integration.Eyes on the future,vocational education in ethnic minorities and ethnic region need to further consolidate and strengthen ethnic unity and narrow the gap in educational development.At the same time,the integration and innovation of ethnic cultures should be strengthened to form a characteristic development path for the education in ethnic region.
