摘要
随着多元文化政策的兴起,澳大利亚政府开始逐步关注土著教育问题,制定了一系列土著教育法律政策,旨在实现土著教育公平,提升土著学生的学业成就。本文基于澳大利亚民族教育立法的历史背景,研究分析了澳大利亚民族教育法律政策的主要内容及特点,归纳总结了澳大利亚民族教育立法的主要经验。在此基础上,提出了加强我国少数民族教育立法的几点启示。
With the rise of policies for multi-cultures,the Australian government began to pay attention to education for indigenous people and made a series of laws and policies in order to realize equal education for those people and improve academic achievements of indigenous students.This paper makes a study on the history of legislation of education for ethnic minorities in Australia,analyzes the main contents and features of laws and policies for ethnic education in Australia,summarizes their experiences in legislation of ethnic education,and proposes some measures to strengthen legislation for ethnic education in China in aspects of investment,feedback,identification and self-management.
