“双高计划”建设背景下高职师资队伍建设的探索与实践——以柳州职业技术大学为例

摘要 我国职业教育正处于快速向上发展的时期,为适应新时代职业教育发展需求,职业院校急需打造一支高素质的教师队伍。当前高职院校师资队伍建设仍存在师德师风建设机制不健全、人才引进机制不健全、教师培养机制不健全、教师团队建设机制不健全等问题。文章在国家“双高计划”建设背景下,针对师资队伍建设的问题,结合柳州职业技术大学师资队伍建设经验,提出建设中国特色高水平职教“双师”队伍的“一心三维五融合”高质量建设范式,为高职院校师资队伍建设提供有益的借鉴和参考。 With the rapid development of vocational education in China,vocational colleges are facing the urgent demand for building a high-quality faculty team.At present,there are many imperfections in the construction of teacher teams in higher vocational colleges,including the construction mechanism of teachers'ethics and style,talent introduction mechanism,teacher training mechanism,and teacher team construction.Against the backdrop of the national"Double High Plan",this paper deeply analyzes the problems in the construction of teacher teams and,combined with the practical experience of Liuzhou Polytechnic University,proposes a"One Heart,Three Dimensions,Five Integrations"high-quality construction paradigm for building a high-level vocational education"dual-teacher"team with Chinese characteristics.This is intended to provide practical reference and theoretical guidance for the construction of teacher teams in higher vocational colleges.
