摘要
[目的]了解贫困村老年人日常生活活动能力现状,分析其影响因素,为后期干预提供依据。[方法]便利选取河南省周口市太康县贫困村≥60岁的老年人200人进行问卷调查。[结果]本组老年人日常生活活动能力受损率为18%,其中年龄、健康自评、有无慢性病、经济来源、月收入、吸烟情况、锻炼情况、居住方式等对其日常生活活动能力有影响(P<0.05)。健康自评、经济来源和居住方式为主要影响因素。[结论]贫困村老年人日常生活活动能力现状不容乐观,经济来源为子女补助、健康自评一般是其日常生活活动能力的保护因素;与配偶居住是危险因素。
Objective:To understand the status quo and influencing factors of the activities of daily living(ADL)in the elderly in poverty-stricken villages,and to provide evidence for later intervention.Methods:A total of 200 elderly people aged 60 years or older in some poverty-stricken villages in Taikang County,Zhoukou City,Henan Province were selected for questionnaire survey.Results:The rate of impairment of activities of daily living was 18%.The impacts of age,health self-assessment,presence or absence of chronic diseases,economic sources,monthly income,smoking,exercise,and living style on the activities of daily living in the elderly was statistically significant(P<0.05).Health self-assessment,economic sources and living styles were the main influencing factors.Conclusion:The status quo of activities of daily living in the elderly in poverty-stricken villages is not optimistic.The main source of income from child allowance and self-assessment general health are protective factors for the activities of daily living in the elderly in poverty-stricken villages.Living with spouses is a risk factor.
