摘要
目的:探讨老年肠造口患者出院过渡期护理依赖程度及其影响因素。方法:选取2018月1月至2021年6月于我院接受肠造口的184例老年患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表采集患者一般资料,采用睡眠状况自评量表评估患者睡眠质量,采用护理依赖量表调查患者出院过渡期护理依赖情况。分析影响肠造口患者出院过渡期护理依赖的因素。结果:本组患者出院过渡期护理依赖得分为(58.72±9.37)分,171例(92.93%)存在不同程度的护理依赖,其中绝大部分依赖14例,部分依赖65例,大部分独立92例,几乎完全独立13例。患者年龄、受教育水平、人均收入水平、合并慢性疾病、造口并发症、睡眠质量是护理依赖的独立影响因素,P<0.05。结论:大部分老年肠造口患者出院过渡期存在不同程度的护理依赖现象,这种护理依赖受多种因素影响,临床工作中对于高龄、受教育水平低、经济条件较差、合并慢性病、存在造口并发症、睡眠质量差的患者,可有针对性的加强干预,以便其尽快适应造口生活。
Objective To investigate the nursing-dependent degree of senior patients with stoma in catagen for discharged,and the factors influencing the situation.Methods Enrolled 184 senior patients received stoma in author’s hospital(2018-01-2021-06)into this study:through questionnaire to collect their common data,using sleep situation self-score scale to evaluate sleep-quality,using nursing-dependent scale to investigate nursing-dependent status,further to analyse the influence factors.Results The 184 cases’ratings on nursing-dependent in catagen for discharged were(58.72±9.37)points;171 cases(92.93%)existing nursing-dependent at different contents included 14 in majority of dependent,65 in part of dependent;92 being most-independent,13 being in almost completely-independent.patients’age,educated level,income/per person,associated chronic diseases,complication from stoma,and sleep-quality were the independent influence factors on nursing-dependent situation(P<0.05).Conclusion Most senior patients with stoma in catagen for discharged exist nursing-dependent situation at different contents which are influenced by many factors,therefore,clinically,it should be taking target intervention on the patients aged,with low educated level,bad income or economic situation,existing stoma complication,and bad sleep quality,so that making them possibly faster adapting the life with stoma.
