摘要
目的分析呼吸内科患者实行PDCA循环护理管理的效用。方法随机选取山东省德州市陵城区人民医院收治的呼吸内科疾病患者。诊治时间介于2018年5月—2020年5月,共88例。根据随机抽签法分组,A组45例实行PDCA循环性护理,B组43例实行常规性护理。对比护理整体价值。结果A组各项护理满意度得分均高出B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的操作指导(22.65±1.40)分,高于B组的(18.75±1.39)分(t=13.108,P=0.000);A组的业务能力(24.58±1.30)分,高于B组的(19.59±1.40)分(t=17.336,P=0.000);A组排班制度(23.69±1.50)分,高于B组的(20.09±1.71)分(t=10.511,P=0.000);A组风险防范(23.01±1.52)分,高于B组的(19.42±1.20)分(t=12.260,P=0.000)。A组护患纠纷率6.67%;B组为25.58%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.880,P=0.015)。护理后,A组的生活自理能力(88.98±6.31)分,高于B组的(84.16±6.25)分(t=3.599,P=0.001)。结论为呼吸内科患者实行PDCA循环性护理能够改善护理满意度与护理质量,且能规避护患纠纷,优化患者的自理能力。
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA circulation nursing management on patients in Respiratory Department.Methods Patients with respiratory diseases treated in Lingcheng District People’s Hospital,Dezhou City,Shandong Province were randomly selected.The diagnosis and treatment period was from May 2018 to May 2020,with a total of 88 patients.According to the random lottery method,45 cases in group A were treated with PDCA circulation nursing,and 43 cases in group B were given routine nursing.The overall value of nursing was compared.Results The group A showed that the scores of nursing satisfaction were higher than those of group B(P<0.05).The operation guidance score of group A was(22.65±1.40)points,which was higher than that of group B(18.75±1.39)points(t=13.108,P=0.000);the professional ability of group A was(24.58±1.30)points,which was higher than that of group B(19.59±1.40)points(t=17.336,P=0.000);the score of scheduling system in group A was(23.69±1.50)points,which was higher than that of group B(20.09±1.71)points(t=10.511,P=0.000),The score of risk prevention in group A(23.01±1.52)points was higher than that in group B(19.42±1.20)points(t=12.260,P=0.000).The total probability of nurse patient disputes in group A was 6.67%,and that in group B was 25.58%,after comparison(χ^(2)=5.880,P=0.015).After nursing,the self-care ability of group A(88.98±6.31)points was higher than that of group B(84.16±6.25)points(t=3.599,P=0.001).Conclusion PDCA circulation nursing can improve nursing satisfaction and nursing quality,avoid nurse patient disputes and optimize patients’self-care ability.
