摘要
目的探讨以岗位胜任力为导向的临床带教模式在护理实习生中的应用效果。方法 85名护理实习生随机分为对照组42名和干预组43名。对照组采用传统带教模式进行实习带教,干预组在对照组基础上采用以岗位胜任力为导向的新型带教模式。对比2组护理实习生的理论成绩、操作成绩及综合技能考核评价。结果干预组理论成绩评分、操作成绩评分以及综合技能考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以岗位胜任力为导向的临床带教模式能提高护理实习生的临床实践能力。
Objective To evaluate the competency-oriented method in clinical teaching for nursing interns.Methods Totally 85 nursing interns were randomly divided into the control group(n=42)and the intervention group(n=43).The conventional clinical teaching method was adopted in the control group,and the competency-oriented clinical teaching method was carried out in the intervention group.The assessment outcomes of theoretical knowledge,clinical practice and comprehensive skills were compared between two groups.Results Nursing interns of the intervention group achieved a higher score of theoretical knowledge,clinical practice and comprehensive skills compared with those of controls(P<0.01).Conclusion Competency-oriented clinical teaching method is an effective tool of improving the practical ability of nursing interns.
