混合式教学模式在精神科护理临床见习教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨混合式教学模式在精神科护理临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法将175名精神科护理见习生分两批进入临床见习,第一批86名设为研究组,第二批89名设为对照组。对照组见习生实施传统跟班制带教模式,研究组见习生实施混合式教学模式,两组见习生均见习两周。比较两组见习生精神科技能考试成绩、人文关怀能力量表评分、教学模式带教效果评价问卷,并对见习生反思日记进行分析。结果见习后,研究组见习生精神科技能考试成绩、人文关怀能力量表总分及各维度评分高于对照组,对激发学生的学习兴趣、增加学生的动手操作能力、能减轻对患者的恐惧、标准化病人考核真实感强、提高学生自主学习能力、提高学生分析解决问题能力、加深学生对知识理解能力等方面的评价优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。通过对见习生反思日记分析,共凝练出4个主题,分别是职业价值感提升、学习兴趣提高、同理心增强、对精神疾病认知改变。结论将混合式教学模式应用于精神科护理见习生的临床见习教学中,可提高见习生的精神科护理操作技能,激发见习生的学习兴趣和自主学习动力,提升见习生对患者的人文关怀能力和职业情怀。 Objective To explore the application effect of blended-teaching mode(BTM)in clinical probation teaching of psychiatric nursing.Methods A total of 175 probationers of psychiatric nursing entered into clinical probation by two batches,the first batch of 86 students was assigned as research group,and the second batch of 89 ones as control group.Control group implemented the traditional following-class teaching mode and the research did the BTM for two weeks.Psychiatric skill test scores,scores on the Caring Ability Inventory(CAI)and on the questionnaire evaluating teaching effect of teaching mode were compared between two groups and probationers'reflection diaries analyzed.Results After probation psychiatric skill test scores as well as the total and each dimension score of the CAI were higher in research than control group,the evaluations on such indexes better in research than control group as motivating students'learning interest,increasing operational ability,alleviating the fear of patients,enhancing the realistic sense of standardized patient assessment,improving students'autonomous learning ability and ability to analyze and solve problems,and deepening students'understanding of knowledge and so on(P<0.05 or 0.01).After analyzing students'reflection diaries,4 themes were condensed namely the promotion of professional value,improvement of learning interest,enhancement of empathy,and altered perception of mental illness.Conclusion Application of the BTM in clinical probation teaching of psychiatric undergraduate probationers can improve their psychiatric nursing operational skills,stimulate their learning interest and autonomous learning ability,and improve their humanistic care ability and professional sentiment towards patients.
