摘要
标准化病人在我国的应用已有十余年,而精神科标准化病人的应用相对落后于其他医学学科。文章概述了"为什么需要标准化病人"、国内外标准化病人在精神科临床教学和考核中的应用状况、标准化病人在精神科应用评价等相关情况。文章认为标准化病人能弥补精神科传统临床教学和考核的局限性,有较好的应用前景,但仍需在各个方面不断的探索和完善。
Standardized patient （SP） has been ,,sed in China for more than ten years. The experience of application in psychiatry is comparatively less than those in others medical subjects. This paper summarizes the characteristics, application and evaluation. The authors hold that standardized patients can supply the gap of traditional method of education and evaluation in psychiatry, and has a hopeful prospect.
