摘要
情景模拟教学是通过设置一种逼真的工作场景和管理系统,由被训练者按照一定的工作要求完成一个或一系列任务,从中锻炼或考察其某方面工作能力和水平的一种教学模式。这种方法更有利于学习者实践操作能力和思维分析能力的提升,因此在我国护理人员的在职教育中得到逐步推广。文章回顾了情景模拟教学在不同护理临床领域及护理考核中的应用情况,阐述了其在我国护士在职教育中的应用现状,并对其进一步推广应用进行了展望。
The scenario simulation teaching method set up some kind of realistic work scenarios or management systems.which require the learners to complete certain tasks or series of tasks according to certain work requirements in order to train or investigate the abilities and skills of learners. This teaching method could improve the learners＇ practical abilities and analytical capabilities, therefore it is popularized gradually in Chinese nurses＇ continuing education. The article reviews the application status of the scenario simulation teaching method in various clinical nursing areas and nursing assessment, describes its application status in Chinese nurses＇ continuing education, and its further application in the future.
