摘要
目的探析对低年资护士采取CBL联合PBL模式临床护理教学模式的效果、质量以及对肺炎患者护理满意度影响。方法取本院2017年3月—2018年3月间内科低年资护士60例为分析对象,分别在教学培训前后对护士关于肺炎专业相关成绩进行考核。在培训前(2016年2月—2017年2月)、培训后(2017年3月—2018年3月)进行护理干预的肺炎患者中各随机抽取40例设为对照组、观察组,发放问卷调查两组患者对接受护理服务的满意程度。归纳相关数据以总结CBL联合PCL教学模式对低年资护士护理专科知识掌握、带教质量评价及护理满意度影响。结果相对于教学前,教学后护士各项专科技术成绩均有明显提升,前后有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过调查问卷了解低年资护士对所接受联合教学模式质量评价,评价所得分数均为良好;观察组患者对于所接受护理服务满意度评价显著高于对照组,组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取CBL联合PBL教学模式有利于提升护理人员对于肺炎专业知识、技能的掌握程度,为患者提供更全面的服务,提高护理人员的评价,构建和谐护患关系。
Objective To analyze the effect and quality of CBL combined PBL clinical nursing teaching model for young nurses and the effect on nursing satisfaction of patients with pneumonia.Methods 60 cases of low-age nurses in internal medicine from March 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital as the analysis objects,the nurses were evaluated about the pneumonia professional performance before and after teaching and training.For the pneumonia patients who received nursing intervention before training(February 2016 to February 2017)and after training(March 2017 to March 2018),40 cases of patients were randomly selected as control group and observation group.and questionnaires were issued to investigate the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with receiving nursing services,the relevant data to summarize the impact of CBL combined with PCL teaching model on the knowledge of young nursing nurses were summarized,and the quality evaluation of teaching and nursing satisfaction were summarized.Results Compared with the pre-teaching,the post-teaching technical achievements of nurses in all specialties were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant between before and after(P<0.05);the questionnaire was used to understand the quality evaluation of the combined teaching model received by young nurses,and the evaluation results The scores were all good;patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the nursing services they received than those in the control group,with statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the CBL and PBL teaching mode is conducive to improving the nursing staff's mastery of pneumonia professional knowledge and skills,providing patients with more comprehensive services,improving the evaluation of nursing staff,and building a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
