摘要
目的探讨典型案例情景再现联合关键流程安全培训在呼吸内科患者给药错误防范中的应用效果。方法我科2018年4月进行针对给药安全护理中的典型案例情景再现联合关键流程安全培训,实施前(2018年1-3月)完成给药护理服务450例,实施后(2018年5-6月)完成给药护理服务460例,比较实施前后护理人员安全给药能力、不良事件发生率和护理人员对培训方式满意度。结果实施后护理人员安全给药能力评分与培训方式满意度评分显著高于实施前,给药不良事件发生率显著低于实施前,(P <0. 05)。结论典型案例情景再现联合关键流程安全培训,可显著提高科室护理人员安全给药能力,降低给药不良事件发生风险,提高护理人员满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of typical case studies combined with training on key process safety management in the prevention of drug administration errors in respiratory medicine patients. Methods:In April 2018, our department conducted typical case studies regarding drug safety combined with training on key process safety management. Before the training(from January 2018 to March 2018), 450 cases of drug administrations were completed and 460 cases were concluded after it(from May 2018 to June 2018). Contrasts were made between previous cases and those finished later in terms of the ability of nursing staffs to administer drugs safely, the rate of adverse events and the satisfaction on the training methods. Results After the training, the ability of nursing staffs to administer drugs safely and satisfaction on the training mode scored significantly higher than before. Besides, the rate of adverse events was significantly lower than before(P<0.05). Conclusion typical case studies combined with training on key process safety management can significantly improve the ability of nursing staffs to administer drugs safely, reduce the risk of adverse drug administration events and improve the level of nursing staff satisfaction.
