摘要
目的探讨视频辅助教学在ICU本科护生临床胜任力中的应用效果。方法选择2018年5月—2019年6月在广西中医药大学第一附属医院(以下简称“我院”)ICU实习的58名护理本科生作为对照组;选择2019年7月—2020年6月我院同科室实习的54名护理本科生作为观察组,对照组采用以问题为导向(PBL)和以案例为基础(CBL)的方法实施带教;观察组在此基础上融入视频学习,实习4周后比较两组护生临床胜任力、理论知识、操作技能、学生对带教满意度、老师对学生满意度。结果观察组护生临床胜任力总分、理论知识、操作技能考试、学生对带教满意度、老师对学生满意度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论视频辅助教学有助于提高ICU护生临床胜任力、理论及技术操作成绩,师生相互间更满意度,值得在临床护理教学中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of video-assisted teaching in ICU undergraduate nursing students’clinical competence.Methods A total of 58 nursing undergraduates who worked as ICU interns in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”)from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the control group.Fifty-four nursing undergraduates who practiced in the same department of our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group.Problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)methods were used in the control group,the observation group incorporated video learning on this basis.After four weeks of practice,nursing students’clinical competence,theoretical knowledge,operational skills,students’satisfaction with teaching,teachers’satisfaction with students of the two groups were compared.Results The total scores of clinical competence,theoretical knowledge,operational skills,students’satisfaction with teaching and teachers’satisfaction with students in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion Video-assisted teaching is helpful to improve ICU nursing students’clinical competence,theoretical and technical performance,and teachers and students are more satisfied with each other.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing teaching.
