摘要
目的探讨住院老年患者服药过程中存在的安全隐患,防止发生服药意外。方法通过发放问卷调查老年患者服药过程中存在的不安全因素,有针对性地对护士进行安全管理教育,对患者家属等进行安全服药的宣传,并制定相应管理措施,采取预防性护理。结果护士树立了较强的服药安全管理意识,自觉执行各种安全措施,坚持为患者服药到口,并得到患者家属的理解和支持,将服药过程中安全隐患消灭在萌芽状态。结论护士长对服药到口落实过程加大管理力度,护士加强安全服药意识,是老年患者安全服药的保障。
Objective To explore the potential safety problems in the medications of hospitalized elderly patients and to prevent medication errors.(Methods The) questionnaires were used to investigate the risk factors of medications in elderly patients.Then provided corresponding education of safety management for the nurses and family members,and set up corresponding management strategies and carried out precaution nursing measures.(Results The) nurses strengthened their sense of safety management of medications for elderly patients,they could carried out the precaution measures actively and insisted on seeing the patients swallow the drugs in person,which received the family members' understand and support and effectively prevented the risk factors of medication errors.(Conclusion The) head nurses strengthening the supervision of seeing the patients to swallow the drugs by nurses and the nurses enforcing the sense of safety service are the key points to guarantee the safety of medications in hospitalized elderly patients.Author's address:General Department,Beijing Friendship Hospital Affiliated to Capital University of Medical Sciences,Beijing 100050,China
