摘要
目的探讨将以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)和阶段式教学相结合运用于牙槽外科实习,通过评分量化评价学生的临床操作能力学习效果。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月期间实习的60名本科生作为研究对象,依据实习要求按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各30名学生。试验组实习期各阶段期间穿插PBL教学辅助完成阶段目标。传统实习设为对照组。依据每项临床技能的难易度设置为不同等级的分值。实习结束分别统计学生自评成绩及老师评测成绩。结果试验组学生自评分数与试验组老师评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组学生及带教老师评分普遍高于对照组。结论混合式教学法突出了牙槽外科临床特点,学生满意度较高,提高了学习热情,具有更好的实习指导价值并得到了学生及带教老师的一致好评。
Objective To explore the application of problem-based learning(PBL)and Phased teaching to dental surgery practice,and to evaluate students'clinical operation ability by scoring quantitatively.Methods The 60 undergraduate students who interned from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research subjects and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the internship requirements,with 30 students in each group.The experimental group carried out PBL teaching during each stage of the internship period to assist in the completion of the stage objectives.While traditional internships are set up as a control group.Depending on the difficulty of each clinical skill,a score of different grades be set.At the end of the internship,the students'self-assessment results and the teacher's evaluation scores are counted respectively.Results There was a significant difference in statistics between the number of self-scoring students in the experimental group and the teacher score in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the scores of the students and teachers in the experimental group were generally higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The mixed teaching method highlights the clinical characteristics of alveolar surgery,with high student satisfaction,improved learning enthusiasm,has better practice guidance value,and has been unanimously praised by students and teachers.
