摘要
目的探讨机动护士在职培训的方法与效果。方法成立机动护士培训小组,制订培训计划,对进入机动护士库的护士采取"一对一"导师带教,注重实践训练和急危重症护理与应急能力训练,定期予以理论及实践技能考核,同时采取护士和科室双向评价的方式评定培训效果。结果机动护士专科理论、专科技能考核成绩提高(P<0.01);急危重症理论考核、全院性"三基"理论、"三基"技能考核合格率均达100.00%。临床综合能力良好及以上为97.78%,职业态度及工作质量良好及以上均为100.00%。结论以岗位胜任力为导向的机动护士在职培训可以提高机动护士的临床综合能力以满足岗位需求。
Objective To explore the methods and effectiveness of in - service training for mobile nurses. Methods Measures included setting up mobile nurse training group, establishing training plan, conducting one - on - one tutor teaching, practice - oriented training, acute critical care and emergency response capacity training, and assessing theory and practical skills regularly. The training outcome was evaluated by mutual evaluation of both nurses and departments. Results The pass rate in critical theoretical examination, basic theory and skills were 100.00%. In comparison with pre - training, both the theoretical achieve- ments and skill scores improved significantly after the training ( P 〈 0.01 ). And 97.78% nurses reached above a good grade on clinical comprehensive capacity and all of them achieved a good level in work attitude and quality of work. Conclusion Competence - oriented in - service training for mobile nurses can improve nurses'clinical comprehensive capacity to meet the job capacity needs.
