摘要
目的:研究PBL与SP联合教学法在精神病学教学中的作用和效果.方法:以2020年3月至2022年6月在徐州东方人民医院实习的40名精神卫生专业大学生作为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中,观察组学生采用PBL与SP联合的教学模式实习带教,对照组学生采用常规教学带教实习,观察对比两组学生的学习效果.结果:观察组学生实习结束后的理论知识考核平均成绩为(98.±1.1)分、临床实践平均成绩为(95.4±2.2)分,明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组学生对临床实习带教的满意度以及带教教师的评优率,均高于对照组,P<0.05.结论:PBL与SP联合的教学模式在精神病学教学中应用,能够显著提升学生的学习效果,提高学生对实习带教的满意度.
Objective:To study the role and effectiveness of PBL and SP combined teaching method in psychiatry teaching.Method:Forty college students majoring in mental health who interned at Xuzhou Dongfang People's Hospital from March 2020to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group students were taught through a combination of PBL and SP teaching mode,while the control group students were taught through routine teaching.The learning effects of the two groups of students were observed and compared.Result:The average scores of theoretical knowledge assessment and clinical practice assessment for the observation group students after the internship were(98.1±0.1)and(95.4±0.2),which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of students in the observation group with clinical internship teaching and the evaluation rate of teaching teachers were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of PBL and SP combined teaching mode in psychiatry teaching can significantly improve students'learning effectiveness and improve their satisfaction with internship teaching.
