PDCA循环用于神经内科护理带教的效果评析

摘要 目的探讨在神经内科护理带教中应用PDCA循环的有效性。方法将2017年6月—2020年8月在该院神经内科的50名护理实习生作为研究样本,按照随机抽样法分为两组,即研究组(25名)与对照组(25名),研究组应用PDCA循环进行护理带教,对照组应用传统护理带教方法,比较两组护生的综合考核成绩(理论成绩、实践操作、应变能力、综合素质)、对带教的满意度及带教质量(主动学习、思维敏捷度、沟通技巧、表达能力、学习兴趣)。结果带教前,两组护生的理论成绩、实践操作、应变能力、综合素质差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教后,研究组护生的理论成绩、实践操作、应变能力、综合素质、对带教的满意度、主动学习、思维敏捷度、沟通技巧、表达能力、学习兴趣均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科护理带教中应用PDCA循环开展带教可显著改善护生的综合成绩水平,且能提升带教教师的带教质量与护生对带教的满意度,临床应用价值较高。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of the application of PDCA cycle in neurology nursing teaching.Methods 50 nursing interns who were in the department of neurology in the hospital from June 2017 to August 2020 were taken as the research samples,and were divided into two groups according to the random sampling method,namely the study group(25 cases)and the control group(25 cases).The study group used the PDCA cycle for nursing teaching,and the control group used traditional nursing teaching methods to compare the comprehensive assessment results(theoretical performance,practical operation,resilience,and overall quality),their satisfaction with the teaching,and the training teaching quality(active learning,agility of thinking,communication skills,expression skills,interest in learning)of the two groups of nursing students.Results Before the teaching,there was no statistically significant difference in the theoretical performance,practical operation,adaptability and comprehensive quality of the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05);after the teaching,the study group of nursing students'theoretical performance,practical operation,resilience and comprehensive quality,satisfaction with teaching,active learning,agility of thinking,communication skills,expression ability,and learning interest were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in neurology nursing teaching can significantly improve the comprehensive performance level of nursing students,and it can improve the quality of teaching and the satisfaction of nursing students with the teaching.The clinical application value is high.
