摘要
临床实践阶段是与学生将来实际临床工作最为接近的一个阶段,如何在这一阶段"有效的提高学生的主观能动性,刺激学生的兴趣",无疑对其以后的临床工作及未来的可持续发展至关重要,这也是我们教育工作者值得深思的问题,作者结合学科特点,在临床带教中采用"以问题为引导、典型病例为中心的"CBL模式,取得了较好的教学效果。
Clinical Practice stage is the closest actual clinical work stage in the future for medical students. At this stage,how to effectively improve the student's initiative and to stimulate the interest of students, it is crucial important for the future of their clin- ical work and the future of sustainable development and this is our educator's thought--provoking questions. In clinical teaching, the author have adopted the "problem-guided, typical cases as the center of the CBL mode",and achieved good teaching results.
