摘要
目的 分析品管圈结合PBL教学在神经内科护理带教中的效果.方法 研究时段:2018年4月-2019年8月,研究对象:该院护理实习生(n=58)作为研究对象,按带教方式分组:对照组(n=29,采用传统带教方式),观察组(n=29,采用品管圈+PBL教学方式),对比两组实习生的考核成绩、综合能力以及对教学模式的满意度.结果 观察组学生的各项考核成绩和综合能力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);教学总满意度观察组96.55%显著高于对照组75.86%(P<0.05).结论 神经内科护理带教中采用品管圈联合PBL教学取得了较好的效果,不仅能提高学生的理论知识、操作技能和综合能力,还可提高教学的满意度,值得应用于临床.
Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle combined with PBL teaching in the teaching of neurology nursing.Methods Study period:April 2018 to August 2019.Research object:Nursing intern in our hospital(n=58)as the research object,group by teaching method:control group(n=29,using traditional teaching method),and the observation group(n=29,using the quality control circle+PBL teaching method),compared the two groups of interns'assessment results,comprehensive ability and satisfaction with the teaching mode.Results The students in the observation group had significantly higher scores and comprehensive abilities in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.86%,P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle combined with PBL teaching in neurology nursing teaching has achieved good results.It can not only improve students'theoretical knowledge,operation skills and comprehensive ability,but also improve teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
