摘要
目的:观察对神经内科护理规培学员施用雨课堂教学联合腾讯会议开展教学干预的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年8月在宜宾市第一人民医院神经内科学习的54名护理规培学员作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各27人。对照组采用雨课堂教学干预,试验组采用雨课堂教学联合腾讯会议教学。结束教学之后,比较两组学员的教学满意度、护理理论知识评分及实践操作评分。结果:试验组学员教学满意度(96.30%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.855,P<0.05)。试验组学员理论知识评分、实践操作评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.766、4.896,P<0.05)。结论:雨课堂教学联合腾讯会议教学投入临床神经内科护理规培学员带教中,干预的教学效果更好。
Objective:To observe the effect of Rain classroom combined with Tencent conference teaching on the clinical teaching of neurology nursing standardized training students.Methods:54 nursing standardized training students from March 2021 to August 2022 in the First People’s Hospital of Yibin were selected.The research objects were divided into experimental group(27 cases)and control group(27 cases)with random method.Rain classroom combined with Tencent conference teaching was conducted in the experimental group,while Rain Classroom teaching was conducted in the control group.After teaching,the teaching satisfaction,theoretical knowledge score and practical operation score were compared between the experimental objects.Results:The satisfaction of the experimental group(96.30%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.855,P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation of nursing in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.766,4.896;P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching effect of Rain classroom combined with Tencent conference in clinical neurology nursing standardized training is better.
