摘要
近年来,教师效能感受到了海内外学者的高度重视。本文从教师效能感的概念和测量出发,分析了影响教师效能感的因素,着重阐述了高职英语教师效能感对英语课堂教学行为的影响,并提出了提高教师效能感的有效途径。
In recent years, the scholars from home and abroad have attached great importance to teaching efficacy. This paper begins with the definition and measurement of teacher - efficacy, analyzes the factors influencing teacher - efficacy and puts emphasis on the influence of teacher - efficacy of college English class on the teaching behaviors. It also points out the effective ways of improving teacher - efficacy.
