摘要
教师的专业乐观是一种能让教师进行有效教学的信念,涵盖了教师效能感、教师对学生和家长的信任、教师对学业的重视程度等三个维度。在教师职业生涯发展过程中,专业乐观水平发挥着积极作用,因此研究教师专业乐观的影响因素非常有必要。从教师个人的角度来看,主要包括乐观人格、教学理念和教师公民行为;同时,学校制度和课堂环境对教师专业乐观也有影响。从教育管理者的角度来看,清楚并了解教师专业乐观的影响因素,可以为制定科学的教学制度、高效的管理流程、可行的评价机制提供积极借鉴,以提升教学水平,帮助学生树立更加明确和合理的学业目标。
Teacher's academic optimism is a belief that teachers can teach effectively, academic optimism was a general construct composed of teacher efficacy, teachers' trust in students and parents, and academic emphasis. In teachers' career, academic optimism plays an active role, so it is necessary to study the effect factors of teacher's academic optimism.From the teacher's personal perspective, the effect factors including optimistic personality, student-centred teaching beliefs and practices,individual citizenship behaviour; meanwhile, the school system and classroom environment also have an impact on teacher's academic optimism.From the perspective of educational managers, understanding the influential factors of teacher's academic optimism clearly, which can provide a positive reference for the development of scientific education system, efficient management process and feasible evaluation mechanism so as to enhance the teaching level and help students establish more clear and reasonable academic goals.
