摘要
目的探讨体验式教学用于新入职护士人文关怀培训的效果。方法在144名新入职护士规范化培训中增加人文关怀体验式教学培训,包括增加人文关怀培训学时,单项护理操作模拟患者,开展病区就医体验与体验分享活动。培训前后采用人文关怀品质量表、关怀能力评价量表、关怀维度测量表对新入职护士进行问卷调查。结果培训后,新入职护士人文关怀品质、关怀能力及关怀行为总分及各维度评分显著高于培训前(均P<0.05)。结论体验式教学有助于新入职护士人文关怀理念内化为道德品质及行为习惯,提高人文关怀护理能力。
Objective To explore the effects of experiential learning in cultivating caring ability of newly graduated nurses. Methods We provided an additional caring training program building on the conventional standardized prejob training for 144 newly graduated nurses and adopted experiential learning strategy, including giving theoretical lecture about humanistic care, simulating patients to receive nursing operations during single skill practice, experiencing treatment-seeking process and sharing feelings. The Nursesr Humanistic Care Quality Scale, Caring Ability Inventory, and Caring Dimensions Inventory were completed by nurses be fore and after the training. Results The total and subscale scores of the above three questionnaires were significantly higher after the intervention (P〈0.05 for all). Conclusion Experiential learning is beneficial for newly graduated nurses to internalize the values of caring and enable them to demonstrate caring behavior, thus to improve caring ability.
