摘要
目的探讨"影子"体验活动在新护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取我院25名新入职护士作为患者"影子",体验其2 d就医过程,根据体验报告拍摄情景剧,寻找问题原因;进行人文教育;制订改进标准护理服务流程并进行服务固化等方法。结果 100%护士长和新入职护士对"影子"体验活动满意。结论 "影子"体验活动有助于优化新护士培训工作,并从中发现问题,优化护理服务流程,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effects of ＂shadow＂ experience activity applied in training new nurses. Methods Twenty-five new nurses were grouped together to take part in the ＂shadow＂ experience activity. They who were regarded as the shadow of patients accompanied patients to go through the whole process of hospitalization. Problems were identified by sitcom filming. Humanistic education was also carried out. Besides,standard nurs- ing process was developed and stabilized. Results 100% head nurses and the trained new nurses agreed with the activity effects. Conclusion ＂Shadow＂ experience activity is helpful to optimize the training of new nurses,identify the problems,optimize the nursing process and finally improve patients＇ satisfaction.
