摘要
目的探讨新入职护士规范化培训的方法。方法选择2014年4月~2017年12月在外科轮转的新入职护士54名,将其随机分成对照组和实验组,每组各27名。对照组选择传统方法带教,实验组选择规范化标准带教。比较两组护士的技能操作与理论知识考试成绩、临床综合能力评分以及对培训模式的满意度评分。结果实验组的技能操作考核与理论知识考核成绩分数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组在批判性思维、健康教育、沟通能力、病史采集和体格检查五个方面的临床综合能力评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组在知识点掌握、培训老师、培训形式、培训目标以及培训内容五个方面的培训模式的满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过规范化标准对新入职护士进行培训能提高其临床实践能力,让其能更好地适应临床工作,最终构建一支高素质、综合能力强的护士队伍,为患者提供更加优质的护理服务。
Objective To explore the methods of standardized training for newly recruited nurses. Methods All of 54 newly recruited nurses who rotated in surgery department from April 2014 to December 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group, 27 people in each group. The control group was taught by traditional methods, while the experimental group was taught by the methods of standardized training. The scores of skill operation and theoretical knowledge examination, clinical comprehensive ability and satisfaction score with training mode were compared in nurses between the two groups. Results The scores of skill operation test and theoretical knowledge test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The clinical comprehensive ability scores of critical thinking, health education, communication ability, medical history collection and physical examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction score of the training mode of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group in five aspects: knowledge point mastery, training teachers, training forms, training objectives and training contents (P<0.05). Conclusion Training new nurses through standardized standards for newly recruited nurses can improve their clinical practice ability, make them better adapt to clinical work, and finally build a team of nurses with high quality and comprehensive ability to provide better nursing service for patients.
