摘要
目的了解在校护理本科生的人文关怀能力,探讨开展人文关怀品质培养的对策。方法通过自制一般资料问卷和Nkongho关怀能力量表,了解武汉市某中医药大学550名一至三年级护理本科生关怀品质。结果护理本科生的关怀能力各维度得分显著低于国外常模(P<0.01)。结论护理本科生人文关怀能力处于较低水平,亟待采取相应教育对策,以提高学生人文关怀品质,建立"以关怀为价值观,以关爱为先导"的护理人文关怀理念。
Objective To know about humane care ability and find the way to improve humane care quality among undergraduate nursing students. Methods Through self - control general information questionnaire and Nkongho Caring Ability Inventory( CAI), we understood 550 student humane care ability from freshman to junior year. Results The CAI aggregate score was significantly lower than the international norm ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Humane care ability is at a low level among undergraduate nursing students. Through humane care education to undergraduate nursing students, we found these methods improved their nursing professional skills and humanistic quality, established the nursing humane care concept" To care for values, to care for the pilot".
