1+1产教融合护理人文修养课程改革对护生人文关怀的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较在《护理人文修养》课程改革前后,在校护生人文关怀品质的现状,提出相应的培养改进策略,提升当代护生的关怀品质,为临床输送优秀护理人员。方法运用1+1实验课与理论课相结合的方法对2015级护生进行人文关怀品质培养。在《护理人文修养》课程结束后,采用护士人文关怀品质量表对2015级护生和以理论课教育为主的2014级护生进行问卷调查,并对2届调查结果进行比较。结果 2015级护生第1学期末人文关怀品质总分(3.99±0.92)高于2014级同期(3.73±1.03)分水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2015级护生的关怀理念、关怀能力、关怀感知维度得分高于2014级护生同期水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以1+1实验与理论相结合的教育模式可在一定程度上提升护生人文关怀品质。 Objective: To compare the nursing before and after the "humanistic culture" curriculum reform, school nursing students humanistic quality status, put forward the corresponding improvement strategy training, promote college students' caring quality, excellent transportation for clinical nursing staff. Methods: 1+1 experimental course and theoretical course were combined to cultivate the humanistic care quality of 2015 nursing students. After the end of the course of nursing humanistic accomplishment, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 2015 nursing students and 2014 nursing students based on the theory of humanistic care quality, and the results of the 2 survey were compared. Results: The nursing students of grade 2015 at the end of the f irst semester of humanistic care quality x + s score (3.99 ± 0.92) is higher than 2014 over the same period (3.73 ±1.03) level, the difference was statistically signif icant (P <0.05), the idea of caring, 2015 nursing students caring ability and caring perception dimension score higher than the same period the level of nursing students of grade 2014. The difference was statistically signif icant (P <0.05) Conclusions: By combining 1+1 experimental and theoretical mode of education can improve the humanistic quality of nursing students in a certain extent.
