摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)属神经外科常见疾病,多在交通事故、建筑工程及在体育活动或竞技项目(如体操)中发生,可造成患者不同程度的瘫痪([1,2])。SCI发生后,脊髓神经元可有微弱的自我修复能力,与许多神经传导通路有关。磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(phosphoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin,PI3K/Akt/m TOR)信号转导通路是哺乳动物细胞中的一条重要的神经传导通路,
