夹脊电针通过调控细胞死亡治疗脊髓损伤的相关机制研究进展 被引量:14

Research progress on mechanism of Jiaji electroacupuncture in the treatment of spinal cord injury by regulating cell death

摘要 搜集并整理近年国内外夹脊电针通过调控细胞死亡治疗脊髓损伤的相关机制研究文献,从细胞的凋亡、焦亡、自噬、铁死亡等方面综述夹脊电针的治疗机制。电针能够通过促进神经修复、调控神经细胞死亡、改善损伤区域环境等机制促进脊髓损伤恢复,而其中调控脊髓神经细胞死亡是其促进脊髓修复的重要途径,该途径涉及自噬、凋亡、铁死亡等多种机制,随着研究的深入逐渐揭示了电针治疗脊髓损伤的理论基础。从分子生物学角度整理、证明电针治疗的多靶点性,为临床治疗脊髓损伤提供研究基础。同时电针对其他的细胞死亡方式的干预机制尚未探索,文章也将综述其机制,为临床治疗脊髓损伤提供新的方向。 Collect and collate the literatures on the mechanism of spinal cord injury treated by Jiaji Electroacupuncture at home and abroad in recent years by regulating cell death,and review the therapeutic mechanism of Jiaji Electroacupuncture from the aspects of cell apoptosis,pyroptosis,autophagy,and ferroptosis.Electroacupuncture can promote the recovery of spinal cord injury through mechanisms such as promoting nerve repair,regulating nerve cell death,and improving the environment of the injured area.Among them,regulating spinal nerve cell death is an important way to promote spinal cord repair.This pathway involves autophagy,apoptosis,and ferroptosis.With the deepening of research,the theoretical basis of electroacupuncture for spinal cord injury has been gradually revealed.Organize and prove the multi-target nature of electroacupuncture from the perspective of molecular biology,and provide a research basis for clinical treatment of spinal cord injury.At the same time,the intervention mechanism of Electroacupuncture on other cell death modes has not been explored.This article will also review their mechanisms to provide a new direction for clinical treatment of spinal cord injury.
