摘要
目的:探讨电针对急性脊髓损伤的保护机制。方法:大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、电针组。每组再分为即刻组2、4h组和48h组。用改良Allen s打击法制成模型。检测各组大鼠损伤组织血管内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、钙离子(Ca2+)含量的变化。结果:术后24h4、8h电针组的ET与模型组有显著性差异;电针组损伤组织的NO含量较模型组显著降低,术后48h组Ca2+含量也显著降低。结论:电针可通过降低ET、NO发挥保护作用。
Objective: To discuss the protective mechanism of electroacupuncture(EA)in the acute spinal cord injury(ASCI). Methods: Rats were divided into three groups stochasticly, then each group divided into three groups stochasticly, each group is 12 rats. The model rats were made a spinal cord contusion by using a modified Allen's method. The quantities of ET, NO and Ca^2+ were measured in instant, 24h,48h after be treated with EA. Result:The ET level, there was significant differently between EA group and Model group at the 24 hour,48 hour after the operation. Compared with the model group, the EA group can decrease the quantity of NO in the injury organization significantly at the instant, the 24 hour, 48 hour after the operation. In contrast, the Ca^2+ level declined signifantly after EA treatment on the ASCI rats. Conclusion: The study suggested that EA had protective effect on the ASCI.
