蛋白激酶B在糖代谢中的作用及药物干预
摘要
蛋白激酶B（protein kinase B，PKB）为原癌基因c-Akt的表达产物．是细胞内外磷脂酰肌醇3激酶（phosphoinositide 3 kinase，PI3K）信号通路中重要的激酶之一，具有调节葡萄糖转运、参与糖原合成、促进蛋白质合成及抗细胞凋亡等多种作用。
