摘要
采用改进后的2,6-二氯靛酚-紫外分光光度法测定黄刺玫果中VC的含量。结果显示,VC质量浓度在2.03~39.27μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,R2=0.999 9,加样回收率为98.82%~101.57%,RSD值为0.90%。改进后的方法操作简便、稳定性好,准确性和重复性能满足试验需求,适用于黄刺玫果中VC的含量测定。
A improved 2,6- dichloro meisoindigo phenol- UV spectrophotometry has been developed for the determination of vitamin C in fruit of wild Rosa xanthina Lindl. The results show that the linear relationship of vitamin C in the rang of2.03~39.27 μg/m L is good, R2=0.999 9. The recovery is between 98.82% ~101.57%, and RSD is 0.90%. The improved method has the advantages of simple operation, good stability, and its accuracy and reproducibility can meet the test requirements for determination of vitamin C in fruit of wild Rosa xanthina Lindl.
