摘要
在氢氧化钠介质中 ,用亚硝基铁氰化钾催化 ,氨与苯酚、次氯酸钠反应生成靛酚 ,并在滴汞电极上产生一灵敏的吸附波 ,其导数波波高与NH3 -N浓度在 0. 0 0 3~ 0 . 2 4mg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,用于环境水中NH3 -N的测定 ,其相对标准偏差小于 3% ,加标回收率在 97%~ 10 3%之间 ,结果与光度法吻合。
Phenol,sodium hypochlorite and ammonia reacted with nitroso-iron potassium cynide as the catalyst in media sodium hydroxide,the produet is indophenol.And a sensitive adsorption wave had been formed on dropping-mercucy eletrode.The wave hight of derivation wave and the concentration of NH 3-N had been good linearity relation in 0.03~0.24mg·L -1.The method determined NH 3-N,the relative standard deviation was less than 3%,the mark recovery ration was 97%~103%,the result agreed with the determination of photometric analysis method.
