摘要
实验可知,在用2,6-二氯靛酚法滴定测Vc时,以一定量的硅藻土处理果蔬Vc待测液,会产生脱色效果,并得出脱色效果最佳时的硅藻土的使用量。同时也表明,只要采用硅藻土处理,无论脱色效果是否彻底,都会给测定结果带来显著性的误差。对2,6-二氯靛酚与Vc速测片两种测Vc方法的相关性进行了统计学的检验,结果表明二者无显著性差异。
オhe use amount of diatomite is determined when Vc in fruits and vegetables is measured by means of 2,6-dichloro phenol-indophenol titration, and the quantity effect of diatomite on measurement of Vc is shown in the paper The interrelation between two methods is compared by means of statistics and the result shows that there is no significant difference between 2,6-dichlorophenol-indophenol and Vc rapid test table
