摘要
设计制作了一种简便的梯度混合室,并考察了其性能,试验结果证实了此混合室的合理性和有效性.用此混合室建立了流动注射电位滴定测锂的新方法,载流为1×10^(-5)~1×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)的F~乙醇-水(9+1)溶液,流速4.2ml·min^(-1),混合室体积400μl,进样体积120μl,分析速度60样·h^(-1),检出范围取决于载流中滴定剂的浓度,方法用于卤水中锂的测定,结果令人满意.
A new potentiometric titration system for the determination of lithium by fluoride ISE, which consists of a simple and effective gradient mixing tube designed by us has been devel-oped. The performance of the system has been investigated in detail. It has been applied to the determination of lithium in natural bittern, in C2H5OH-H2O(9 + 1) solution containing 1X1(10^(-5)~ 1X10^(-4)mol ?L-1F- as carrier stream. The flow rate is 4. 2ml ?min^(-1), the volume of gradient mixing tube is 400 (祃 and the volume of sample solution is 120祃. The detection limit is 5X10^(-5) mol ?L^(-1)(titrant concentration CF : 1X105mol ? L^(-1)) and 3X10^(-3)mol ? L^(-1)(titrant concentra-tion CF: lX10^(-4)mol ? L^(-1)). The standard deviations are 0. 24 (CF: 1 X 10^(-5)mol ? L^(-1) )and 0.46 (C_(F): lX10^(-4)mol ? L^(-1)). About 60 samples can be analysed per hour. The analytical results are salisfied. The method is characterized by good precision, accuracy, low cost, rapidity and conve-nience.
