摘要
近年来,大学生的待业率逐年上升,造成大学毕业生就业难的重要原因是大学毕业生的岗位胜任力不足。本文在对大学生岗位胜任力培养的内涵及其必要性阐释的基础上,指出创业教育是大学生岗位胜任力培养的有效路径,并就如何通过创业教育培养大学生岗位胜任力的问题进行深入探讨。
In recent years, the underemployment rate of college students has increased year by year, which is mainly caused by the deficiency of university graduates＇post competency. Based on the explanation of the connotation and necessity of post competency training for college students, this paper points out that entrepreneurship education is an effective way to cultivate college students ＇post competency and discusses how to foster undergraduate＇ post competency through entrepreneurship education.
