摘要
目的:了解临床医学本科生就业地域选择的现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用自制问卷对河南省某大学临床医学专业大一、大四、大五学生进行调查。结果:在首选就业地域上,55.80%的女生选择中小城市,53.80%的男生选择发达城市;52.80%的非城市医学生愿意到中小城市就业;由低年级到高年级,首选中小城市的比例逐渐上升,大一、大四、大五分别为45.8%、56.6%、75.3%;认为考研不太重要的学生中有64.0%偏向到中小城市就业。结论:就业地域的选择不仅与医学生性别、生源地、就读年级相关,且就业与实习、考研相互影响。
Objective： By investigating the region of employment and analyzing its influencing factors of the medical undergraduates in Henan University,we try to understand the employment expectations of students. Methods： The medical undergraduates of freshman,senior,graduate were investigated by using a self- designed questionnaire. Results： When hunting the job,55. 8% of girls choice small and medium cities,53.80% of boys prefer to choice developed cities; 52. 80% of non- urban medical students are willing to hunt job in small and medium cities; the proportion of employment＇s place which in small and medium cities has respectively increased from 45. 8%（ freshman）,56. 6%（ senior）,75. 3%（ graduate）. 64. 0% of medical students who think ＂ take part in the exam for postgraduate schools＂ as no- importance prefer to hunt job in small and medium cities. Conclusion： The medical undergraduates have a lack of passion for primary hospitals; employment expectations are affected by many factors,such as gender,home address,and the differences of grades; and which is influenced by preparing the entrance exams for postgraduate schools and clinical internship.
