On the Construction of Classroom “Learning Community”of Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 课堂"学习共同体"体现平等合作,彰显和谐共生,促进情感交融。高职院校的课堂"学习共同体"注重教学过程的交互性,尊重学生的心理特点;重视教学内容的生活性,激发学生的学习兴趣;强调教学方式的体验性,培养学生的实践能力。高职院校基于课堂"学习共同体"模式下实施教学设计,构建追寻"共同愿景"的教学目标,创设与学生的实际生活紧密联系的"学习情境",倡导"对话体验"的教学策略,恪守"主体间性"的师生关系,有利于促进高职院校课堂教学的实效性。 The classroom "learning community" embodies the equal cooperation, manifests the harmonious co-existence and promotes the emotional blend. The classroom "learning community" of higher vocational colleges put emphasis on the interactivity of the teaching process, respect the students' psychological characteristics; emphasize the vitality of the teaching contents, stimulate the learning interests of the students, emphasizes the experience of the teaching method and cultivates the students' practice ability. Based on the mode of the classroom "learning community", the higher vocational colleges implement the teaching design, construct the teaching object in pursuit of "common vision", create the "learning situation" in close relation to the students' real life, advocate the teaching policy of "dialogue experience" and abide by the teacher-student relationship of "intersubjectivity" so as to promote the effectiveness of teaching in the classroom of higher vocational colleges.
