摘要
随着国家对产教融合提出新要求,高职教育迎来了改革发展前所未有的新机遇,产教深度融合逐渐成为研究热点问题。产教深度融合涉及到政行校企等多个层面,各方利益诉求又不相同。根据利益相关者理论,达到利益均衡非常重要。通过分析各利益相关者不同的利益诉求,为更好实现产教深度融合,建议高职院校采取激发企业活动、积极服务地方、加强沟通协调、改善师资队伍结构、突出学生主体地位等策略。
With the new requirements of China for the integration of production and education, higher vocational education has ushered in unprecedented new opportunities for reform and development and the in-depth integration of production and education has gradually become a hot issue of research. The in-depth integration of production and education involves many aspects such as government, schools, enterprises and the interests of all parties are not the same. According to the stakeholder theory, it is very important to analyze the interests of the different parties in depth to achieve a balance of interests. The paper, by analyzing the interests of various stakeholders, proposes that vocational colleges should adopt strategies such as stimulating corporate activities, serving local areas actively, strengthening communication and coordination, improving the structure of teachers and highlighting the status of students to achieve a better integration of production and education.
