摘要
为了整合与共享优质的实验教学资源、培养学生实践能力和创新能力,建设了黑龙江八一农垦大学食品质量与安全实验教学示范中心。中心依托黑龙江农垦垦区,以食品检测与分析为优势,食品质量与安全为特色,改进实验教学方法,创新了实验教学体系,建立了教学管理平台、社会服务体系,为我国培养食品安全检验检测体系创新型及应用型人才提供了条件。实验中心建设取得了一定效果,发挥了示范作用。
In order to integrate and share the high quality resource of experimental teaching, cultivate students＇ practice ability and innovation ability, we construct experiment teaching demonstration centre for food quality and safety in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University. The centre provides conditions for training innovative and applied talents under food safety test and detection system by improving experiment teaching method and innovating experiment teaching system and society service system. The centre bases on advantage of food test and analysis and features of food quality and safety, depends on Heilongjiang reclamation area. Certain effects have been achieved.
