摘要
《食品安全检测技术》是我国新增食品质量与安全专业的核心课程,其主要特点是涉及学科众多,内容广泛,是一门综合性和实践操作性很强的学科,整个课程学习以实验教学贯穿始终。为适应高等教育发展的要求,培养更多高素质的食品卫士,在参照相近学科专业教学模式的基础上,对该门课程中微生物学部分的实验教学进行了探索和尝试。通过这些教学改革与尝试,使学生对专业知识的掌握更加牢固,取得了非常好的教学效果。
This article discusses the implementation and effect of the teaching reform in food safety microbiological inspecting technology curriculum. In order to meet demands of high education development and cultivate more and more high quality talents of food safety, we have tried to reform the conven-tional teaching model, The teaching effect gets the recognition of teaching consultants,students,and peers by the teaching reform above.
