摘要
简述我国及广东省食品质量与安全本科专业的设置和课程体系建设情况,分析我校开办食品质量与安全专业的优势和面临的挑战,并就如何建设我校食品质量与安全专业提出了几点设想。
Objective The situation of the undergraduate courses setting of Food Quality & Safety specialty and its curriculum system development in Guangdong and in the whole country is briefly described, with the analysis of the superiority and challenges encountered in developing this specialty in GDPU, and opinions of how to construct it is offered.
