摘要
《仪器分析》是食品质量与安全专业本科生的专业基础课程,目前较为普遍地存在着教材内容陈旧、滞后、与生产和科研实际脱节,教学方法与手段单一和综合性实验训练不足的现象。文章针对食品质量与安全专业的实际需求,提出了在《仪器分析》教学中应注意的几个问题及对策。
Instrumental analysis is the elementary course for the undergraduate students of food quality and food safety. In present time, there are several obvious limitations of the teaching for this course, such as the textbook is being obsolete and breaking away from the practice and research work, the methods of teaching is being unitary and lacking of training of comprehensive experiments. After analyzing and researching the limitations based on many years ' teaching practice and also in accordance with the special requirements of this course for the major of food quality and food safety, this paper puts forward some effective methods and countermeasures for the course of instrumental analysis.
